Manifesto Coffee opened its doors in October of 2016. We use organic, fair trade, single origin beans as the foundation for our product. Lead by the coffee roasting talent of Israel Hickey, each member of the Manifesto team has a specific role, bringing their own particular qualities & skills to the table. These variables equate to a well oiled, top notch coffee producing machine.
